Act as a hands-on technical lead building scalable, secure end-to-end data platforms using Spark/Databricks, Python/PySpark, and orchestration tools. Ensure CI/CD, DevOps, automation, code quality, mentor team members, resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to drive platform evolution.

Design and implement scalable data science and operations research solutions (optimization, simulation, ML, RL, generative/agentic AI). Perform EDA, feature engineering, and model building on large datasets, collaborate with Data/AI Engineering to productionize models in cloud environments, and mentor peers while quantifying business impact.

Execute inventory, requirements, production and material planning; set SKU-level inventory targets; deliver KPIs (fill rate, inventory, cost); coordinate replenishment with operations and logistics; identify and escalate supply risks; manage supply-chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
