Join us in shaping the future of work with Artificial Intelligence. As an AI Transformation Intern, you will work directly with senior IT and business leaders to accelerate AI adoption across Commercial teams. You will be at the forefront of deploying Generative AI solutions, building AI agents, enabling business users, and helping scale AI capabilities across the organization.
This role combines technology, innovation, product thinking, and change management. You will help transform ideas into impactful solutions while contributing to the deployment of P&G's AI Operating Model.
Key Responsibilities:
Build AI Solutions
Design, build, and improve AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Develop automations and AI-powered workflows
Prototype innovative AI use cases to solve real business problems
Support integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs
Drive AI Adoption
Act as a first point of contact for AI-related questions and opportunities
Support business teams in identifying where AI can create value
Help scale AI solutions across Commercial organizations
Promote best practices and responsible AI usage
Create an AI Community
Build and manage an AI Community of Practice
Organize workshops, office hours, demos, and learning sessions
Create engaging training materials and success stories
Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning
Scale the AI Operating Model
Help evaluate and route AI opportunities
Support governance, compliance, and adoption activities
Maintain visibility of AI initiatives and value delivered
Enable sustainable scaling of AI solutions across functions
Explore Emerging Technologies
Develop Python scripts and automation tools
Work with APIs and modern AI platforms
Stay up to date with the latest trends in Generative AI and Agentic AI
Experiment with new capabilities and translate them into business value
Job Qualifications
3rd, 4th, 5th year students or graduates - with a real passion for business and technology;
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field;
Passion for Artificial Intelligence and technology innovation;
Strong communication and collaboration skills;
Growth mindset and willingness to learn technical skill but also business acumen;
Strong ownership and proactive attitude;
Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguity;
Fluency in English language.
Nice to Have
Python development experience;
Experience working with APIs;
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform;
Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or similar tools;
Understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering
