Maintain test equipment, author SOPs, troubleshoot failures, implement process improvements and automation to increase throughput and ensure space-grade reliability. Support qualification and acceptance campaigns and enable manufacturing test scalability.

Supports Boeing’s site environmental compliance program by maintaining permit compliance, conducting compliance reviews, evaluating facility conditions, interfacing with regulatory agencies, addressing emerging regulations, and advancing the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Responsibilities may include air quality, stormwater, hazardous waste, industrial wastewater, spill prevention, storage tanks, environmental sampling, data analysis, and reporting.

Develop, implement, and improve environmental compliance programs (wastewater, air, stormwater, RCRA, SPCC). Conduct sampling, data review, incident investigations, permit management, audits, reporting, and regulatory liaison to ensure facility compliance and support projects.

Support federal and New York State environmental permitting and compliance across wetlands, stormwater, air, wastewater, hazardous waste, and protected species. Conduct field inspections, lead corrective actions, manage SWPPP implementation and erosion control, coordinate with contractors and agencies, support incident investigations and ISO 14001 programs, and apply AI tools to improve data collection and workflows.

Develop and maintain environmental compliance programs covering air, water, stormwater, natural resources, and hazardous waste. Conduct inspections, audits, reporting, and corrective actions (ISO14001). Support construction projects and contractor compliance while coordinating regulatory interactions and ensuring site environmental obligations are met.

Leads advanced testing and validation of aerospace systems and components. Develops test plans, procedures, reports, and V&V activities; supports requirements management, systems integration, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and non-conformance resolution. Uses testing equipment and engineering methodologies, interprets schematics and service manuals, documents technical analyses, and provides technical guidance to less experienced engineers while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Lead integration of environmental compliance into global capital projects for fabs and facilities. Drive design for air, water, and waste systems, define global design standards, support permitting and risk mitigation, perform design reviews, and leverage AI analytics to improve environmental engineering outcomes across design, construction, and startup.
