Analyzes GRR, NRR, churn, downsell, adoption, and time-to-value metrics while leading cross-functional programs and presenting insights to senior leadership.

Provide onsite leadership for 24x7 mission-critical data center operations: respond to alerts, lead incident response, perform preventative maintenance and rack integrations, manage vendors and shifts, maintain DCIM asset records, coordinate changes, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with security and operational processes.

Manage Deal Desk operations across the quote-to-cash lifecycle, including CPQ administration, quoting, pricing validation, approvals, product configuration, exception management, and data integrity across CPQ, CRM, and billing systems.
