Provide administrative support: maintain and update employee/customer/supplier records, assist with regular reports, stay current on product knowledge, analyze areas for growth, and perform tasks assigned by supervisors.

Manage export/import customs declarations, maintain operation workflow systems, handle email correspondence and administrative tasks, and plan container movements to ensure timely releases and smooth operations.

Manage day-to-day accounting including accounts payable/receivable, month-end and year-end closes, journal entries, and reconciliations. Maintain and improve internal controls, use Autocount and related accounting tools, collaborate with departments to provide financial insights, and support process improvements.

Responsible for developing and managing client relationships, hunting new accounts, updating Salesforce, communicating prospect status to leadership, and achieving monthly sales targets in freight forwarding.
