The After-Sales Technical Support Executive is responsible for assisting customers with any technical or mechanical issues after the lorry has been sold.
You will coordinate between the workshop, mechanic, and customer to ensure repairs, maintenance, and service quality meet company standards.
Your goal is to make sure every customer remains confident and satisfied with their rebuild lorry.
Working Hours
Mon-Fri: 8.30 am - 6.15 pm
Location
Kapar, Klang
Monthly Salary Range
RM3,500 - RM4,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities
Provide technical support, inspection, and troubleshooting for rebuild/recon lorries after delivery.
Handle customer service requests, warranty claims, and technical complaints professionally.
Work closely with the workshop team to arrange vehicle repairs, maintenance, and parts replacement.
Check and confirm lorry condition before delivery (engine, gearbox, chassis, and electrical).
Visit customer locations for on-site service or technical evaluation when needed.
Prepare service reports, job sheets, and claim documentation accurately.
Give technical feedback to the sales and management team to improve product quality.
Provide technical briefing to customers during vehicle handover (usage tips, maintenance guide, warranty info).
Support the sales team with technical information during sales discussions.
Ensure all after-sales work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
Other Requirements
Certificate/Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance or after-sales support (lorry/truck field preferred).
Strong knowledge in diesel engines, chassis, gearbox, and wiring systems.
Able to identify technical problems and recommend solutions effectively.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple cases.
Possess valid driving license (GDL advantage).
Responsible, honest, and willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
