Conduct market research to identify customers’ needs and selling strategies. Find new customers while maintaining good relations with existing clients.

Mon-Fri (8am-5.30pm) ; Sat (8am-1pm) (2 tea breaks and 1 hour lunchtime)

Monthly Salary Range
RM4,800 - RM6,600 depending on experience
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
Manage customers’ concerns and queries from both existing and new customers, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Provide monthly sales performance reports, achieve company-set sales targets through well-executed strategic sales initiatives.
Gather feedback from customers, develop and implement marketing and business strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
Ensure timely follow-up on orders and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Stay motivated and focused on achieving overall sales and profitability objectives.
Support management in ad-hoc projects, financial analysis & process enhancements.
Other Requirements
Min. 5 years relevant experience, ideally in SME manufacturing environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently with integrity and minimum supervision to meet deadlines.
