We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the company’s financial health. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and work in a dynamic environment.
Monthly Salary Range
RM2500 - RM4000
Working Hours
Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) ; Sat (8am-12pm)
Location
Taman Bukit Kuchai, Puchong
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Utilize accounting software (Autocount) to maintain accurate records.
Other Requirements
A proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude.
Highly organized and attentive to detail.
A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experienced in accounting software (Autocount, UBS, SQL or any relevant tools)
Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
