The Role

Manage material deliveries, receiving, distribution, and purchase orders for warehouse and site operations. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve procurement issues, and negotiate pricing, quality, delivery schedules, and payment terms to achieve cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

To handle delivery, receiving, and distribution of material to warehouse/site.
To prepare and issue Purchase order for each delivery.
To follow up with supplier to ensure materials are delivered on time.
Liaise between internal departments and external suppliers to resolve any procurement issues.
Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quality, delivery, and payment terms to ensure cost efficiency.
