Mon-Fri (10am-6pm)

Monthly Salary Range
RM2,800 - RM3,300 depending on experience
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the wider team
Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Assisting with the coordination of office activities, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Supporting the implementation of operational procedures and policies
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as needed
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the optimisation of workflows
Undertaking ad-hoc projects and duties as required
What we're looking for
Accept fresh graduates or no experience in an administrative or operations role
Written: English & Mandarin. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
Spoken: English & Mandarin (Compulsory)
Bonus: Cantonese, Malay and other Mandarin dialects
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
