Mon-Fri (10am-6pm)

Monthly Salary Range
RM2,800 - RM3,300 depending on experience

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the wider team

  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management

  • Assisting with the coordination of office activities, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars

  • Supporting the implementation of operational procedures and policies

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as needed

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the optimisation of workflows

  • Undertaking ad-hoc projects and duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Accept fresh graduates or no experience in an administrative or operations role

  • Written: English & Mandarin. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

  • Spoken: English & Mandarin (Compulsory)

  • Bonus: Cantonese, Malay and other Mandarin dialects

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
