Mon-Fri (8am-5.30pm) ; Sat (8am-1pm) (2 tea breaks and 1 hour lunchtime)

Monthly Salary Range
RM2,000 - RM3,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities
Assist in daily purchasing operation functions
Responsible for supply chain planning for raw and packaging materials to support production, including developing sources of supply, price negotiation, issuance of Purchase Orders and arrival of materials.
Ensure competitive quotes through active sourcing.
Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies.
Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and rejected goods.
Ensure all invoices are sent to Accounts Team for payment.
Maintain and filing documentation.
Able to prepare and meet monthly report.
Other Requirements
Mandarin speaker preferred.
