Demonstrate vehicle features and technology, meet sales targets, manage time and priorities, communicate professionally, and work collaboratively within the dealership. Participate in hiring checks (background and drug screen).

Sell and advise customers on Kia vehicles, present features and financing options, follow up with prospects, maintain customer relationships, track leads in dealership systems, and attend product training to meet sales targets.

Contact customers 1-60 days past due via phone, mail, and email to negotiate repayments, process inbound inquiries, review accounts for adjustments, ensure insurance compliance, and meet call and account action targets. Work hybrid schedule with professional, detail-oriented communication and use MS Office.
