Greet customers, identify needs, present and demonstrate vehicles, guide buyers through sales to delivery, prospect and follow up via CRM, maintain product knowledge, document activity, and mentor trainees.

Serve customers in the dealership express lube lane: answer calls, greet customers, assess vehicles, recommend services, create repair orders in ADP, obtain approvals, dispatch to technicians, update customers, process payments, and complete sales-to-service handoffs.

Participate in store meetings and support sales reps as needed.

Post new and used vehicle deals and invoices, perform check cutting, record vehicle sales and purchases, and support centralized dealership accounting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Participate in other assigned accounting tasks and collaborate with the Accounting Manager.

Source and purchase new dealership vehicles by selecting manufacturer preferences, coordinating with sales managers, reporting vehicle sales to manufacturer, assisting with dealer trades and courtesy deliveries, and handing off purchased vehicles to the sales team while supporting dealership operations.

Sell vehicles by consulting with customers, presenting features, financing options, and store policies. Maintain follow-up and relationships, track customers in the dealer management system, attend product training, and meet sales targets.
