Remote Business Analyst who partners with leadership and IT to identify operational bottlenecks, scope and lead IT projects, optimize Amazon and agency systems, design automation/AI solutions, and drive cross-functional change from discovery through post-launch audits.

Own and scale the creator platform end-to-end: set roadmap, operationalize onboarding, approvals, payments, and compliance; lead creator and affiliate campaigns across 400+ brands; recruit and manage an operations team; monitor KPIs and collaborate with developers, brand, strategy, and finance to drive ROI and platform adoption.

Provide strategic leadership and executive oversight of company operations, align operational execution with business strategy, develop scalable systems, drive continuous improvement, mentor managers, oversee multi-level teams, ensure quality and client success, manage risk/compliance, and deliver performance reporting to executives.

Manage and unblock cross-functional brand projects (PPC, SEO, design, catalog merchandising). Delegate tasks, monitor productivity, produce sales/advertising/SEO reports, assist with Amazon catalog updates and content, attend client calls, and ensure timely delivery and QA compliance.

Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns: audience research and targeting, creative collaboration, budget management, performance analysis, A/B testing, and reporting to maximize ROI.

Generate qualified outbound opportunities via targeted email, calls, and social outreach. Build and maintain an outbound pipeline, qualify leads, manage CRM records, collaborate with sales and marketing, and develop scalable high-touch outbound processes.

Build production-grade AI agents and RAG pipelines that integrate with internal tools (BookStack, Slack, Asana, Gmail). Create REST APIs, ingestion pipelines, and function-calling workflows; monitor and iterate on agent performance while collaborating with backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular) teams.

Perform video-based sales outreach using Vidyard (13 videos/day), call and follow up with prospects (14–18/day), book meetings, manage email and CRM entries, attend team syncs and trainings, and complete MAG courses while working remotely on an EST schedule.

Manage and execute email and SMS lifecycle campaigns (Klaviyo/Postscript), including segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, campaign calendars, performance analysis, and cross-team collaboration to drive retention and revenue across multiple DTC brands.

Paid 60–90 day remote internship making outbound calls to Amazon sellers, pitching services, qualifying leads, scheduling demos, maintaining prospect databases, executing email follow-ups, and tracking activity to meet goals.
