Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Brand Director: manage calendar and email, oversee Asana and project trackers, maintain data sheets and reports, prepare meeting notes and communications, track sales/retention data, support events and team initiatives, and proactively optimize workflows.

Support senior strategists on DTC brand growth across paid social, search, email/SMS, and retention. Assist with audits, creative and funnel analysis, competitor research, roadmap and messaging development, campaign and retention execution support, reporting, and client-facing materials while learning performance metrics and agency workflows.

Develop, audit, and migrate Zapier automations to use Custom Actions and API Call Actions, reducing static API keys. Ensure workflows are secure, scalable, and documented while collaborating with tech and security teams and optimizing for maintainability.

Manage user access, credentials, and routine security operations across business systems. Handle password management, account provisioning/deprovisioning, security ticket resolution, basic monitoring, documentation, and escalate incidents to the Security Director.

Create, update, and maintain IT documentation including SOPs, flow charts, and process documents. Serve as technical resource for documentation updates, QA documents for accuracy, liaise between end users and IT, and support training and upskill strategies. Ensure documentation compliance and timely responses to update requests.

Remote IT Specialist responsible for ensuring data integrity, supporting data analytics and automation, troubleshooting systems, managing website and app tools, maintaining security controls, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes and data quality.
