Manage end-to-end accounts receivable: issue invoices, record payments, reconcile accounts, follow up on overdue receivables, resolve billing discrepancies, prepare AR reports and support audits while improving AR processes.

Lead design and execution of learning and development strategy across retail stores, distribution centers, and head office. Manage end-to-end procurement for manufacturing: sourcing, supplier management, SAP purchase order processing, customs clearance, vendor performance, stakeholder coordination, cost reduction, and liaison with logistics partners to ensure timely material supply.

Coordinate vessel clearances and port/customs approvals; liaise with agents, port authorities, and customers to ensure smooth loading/unloading, timely invoicing, equipment inventory management, container evacuation, and monitor vessel performance against declared terms.

Manage end-to-end seafarer recruitment and crew database; prepare reports, invoices with Finance, and presentations; review operational procedures and identify process improvements.

Sell and market industrial water and wastewater treatment solutions to resorts in the Maldives. Identify SWRO and STP upgrade, refurbishment, expansion, and new-install opportunities. Build relationships with resort engineers and decision-makers, prepare technical and commercial proposals, support contract negotiations, achieve sales targets, and travel extensively across the Maldives.
