Lead and develop the Vietnam QA team (manual and automation), coordinate with European QA leads on test planning and release readiness, own performance reviews and people development, support evolution of test automation infrastructure with Germany, represent the team in leadership forums, and ensure quality standards and test coverage across Elgato product lines.

Lead product and strategic PR for Elgato: own product launch PR, reviewer seeding, B2B/Pro AV communications, thought leadership, event and crisis PR, global coordination, team leadership, and AI-driven media monitoring and measurement.

Develop, extend, and support Oracle EBS applications (R11/R12). Translate business requirements into technical designs, build PL/SQL packages, integrations, reports and workflows, provide production and off-hours support, document systems, and coordinate implementation across teams.

Lead cross-functional hardware projects from planning through production, maintaining schedules, mitigating risks, facilitating stakeholder communication, coordinating with manufacturing/quality/suppliers, driving process improvements, and resolving failures to deliver projects on time and within budget.
