This role is responsible for delivering premium brand experiences across CORSAIR’s full brand family — CORSAIR, SCUF, Elgato, and Fanatec — spanning gaming, streaming, creator, sim racing, and enthusiast PC audiences. The ideal candidate is a proven people leader with experience building and managing a distributed team, deeply passionate about gaming culture and experiential marketing, and able to set global strategy while staying hands-on with complex programs from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and develop the lean Global Events team (fewer than 5 globally), including the EMEA Events Manager and US-based team members, setting priorities, workflows, and standards across regions, and extend team capacity by partnering closely with regional marketing teams on event execution.

  • Own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution for events in North America and APAC (e.g., CES, COMPUTEX), partnering with the EMEA Events Manager to align regional execution to a single global calendar and standard, and with business unit leadership teams across CORSAIR, SCUF, Elgato, and Fanatec to ensure programs align to each BU’s priorities.

  • Own the ~$1.5M global events budget across all business units (CORSAIR, SCUF, Elgato, Fanatec), and manage timelines, vendor relationships, logistics, production schedules, and operational workflows.

  • Develop immersive event experiences and oversee booth builds, experiential activations, demo environments, signage, staffing, training, and event deliverables.

  • Ensure consistent global brand presentation and event standards across all regions and business units, including EMEA-led programs.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across all business units on global event strategy, prioritizing experiences that align with campaign objectives and business priorities.

  • Manage international shipping, event inventory, product samples, and on-site logistics.

  • Track KPIs including attendance, engagement, lead generation, media coverage, creator reach, and partner activation success, and report team and program performance to senior leadership.

  • Produce post-event recaps, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Analyze event effectiveness and operational efficiencies to improve future programs.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, trade show management, or global event operations, including 3+ years directly managing people.

  • Experience managing large-scale international events and leading a distributed, multi-region team.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and external partners.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required, including periodic travel to support the EMEA team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in gaming, consumer electronics, PC hardware, creator technology, sim racing, or esports industries, ideally across a multi-brand portfolio.

  • Familiarity with gaming culture, streaming ecosystems, creator communities, and enthusiast audiences.
