Design, implement, and maintain network and cloud infrastructure. Develop secure REST and GraphQL APIs, integrate third-party services, manage NoSQL databases, implement auth (OAuth2/JWT), maintain CI/CD and testing, monitor server health, and contribute to architecture and performance optimizations.

Coordinate, schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments; maintain calendars and records; handle cancellations/rescheduling; provide pre-appointment instructions; use scheduling software; communicate with clients and departments to resolve conflicts and deliver excellent customer service.

Serve as primary client contact for inquiries, issue resolution, and account monitoring.
