Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Developing relationships with potential new clients.

Handle and resolve client complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Stay up to date with industry trends, company offerings, and competitor activities to provide valuable insight to clients.
Seeking new opportunities with existing business relationships as well as new relationships.
Working closely with customers and vendors.
Previous experience in client relations, customer service, account management, or sales.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients' accounts.
