We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Account Manager to oversee and manage client accounts, ensure satisfaction, and maintain strong relationships. As a remote Account Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that financial objectives are met and client needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing all aspects of the account relationship.

  • Oversee the financial health of client accounts, ensuring accurate billing, timely payments, and compliance with financial agreements.

  • Collaborate with internal accounting, finance, and operations teams to meet client expectations and deliver quality service.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and propose value-added solutions.

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Analyze account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for internal and client review.

  • Support contract renewals, negotiations, and budgeting activities related to client accounts.

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of client communications, agreements, and financial documentation.
