The Senior Business Development and Marketing Manager will drive growth initiatives in Hong Kong and Asia, create business development plans, collaborate with teams, manage budgets, and oversee marketing campaigns.

The Global Head of Private Wealth at Ogier Global will lead strategy and operations for the Private Wealth Service Line, driving growth and managing risks. Responsibilities include income growth, leadership, financial management, innovation, client service, and compliance with regulations.

Provide technically sound offshore legal advice on investment fund matters (primarily Cayman/BVI), advise on corporate transactions (PE, M&A, restructurings), manage client relationships, produce fee estimates, supervise quality of client service, and develop a client base. May advise on companies, LPs, LLCs and unit trusts and support regulatory matters in Asia.

Provide back-office administrative and operational support to the BVI Corporate Administration team including client file creation, statutory registers, document management, Viewpoint data entry and workflows, report and invoice preparation, expense processing, and ad hoc projects.

Plan, deliver and evaluate in-person, hybrid and virtual corporate events and hospitality aligned to BD strategy. Manage end-to-end logistics, suppliers, budgets, invitations/RSVPs, CRM integration and post-event reporting. Work with BD, Brand and senior stakeholders to ensure compliant, on-brand, high-quality client experiences; attend events including occasional overseas travel.

The Senior Associate in Dispute Resolution provides technical advice, manages client files, coaches junior staff, and develops business opportunities.

Support the corporate secretarial team with administrative and legal management of company/client entities. Maintain corporate records and databases, organize board and general meetings, monitor regulatory compliance, manage documentation and archiving, liaise with clients and authorities, and collaborate with internal teams.

Lead Cayman-focused integrated marketing and communications to raise Ogier's profile across practice areas and international markets. Develop campaigns, thought leadership, digital strategy, employer branding, stakeholder engagement, budget management, and measure ROI while advising partners and managing external agencies.

Act as primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of corporate clients providing company formation and ongoing administration, transaction management, statutory filings, banking and invoicing tasks, supervise and mentor junior administrators, ensure regulatory compliance (including AML), monitor WIP and billing, and identify process improvements to enhance client service.
