As an Associate in Hong Kong’s Investment Funds group, you will provide technically sound offshore legal advice on a range of investment fund issues and products, specifically focusing on Cayman and/or BVI laws (although it is not essential that you have practised these laws directly). Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3-5 years post qualification experience, ideally in the funds area, although we will consider corporate, commercial or finance experience as well.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Presents effective arguments to influence others and achieve negotiated solutions.
- Demonstrates commercial awareness and understands the impact of decisions and actions on the business.
- Fluent spoken English and Mandarin is preferred.

Skills Required
