Provide back-office administrative and operational support to the BVI Corporate Administration team including client file creation, statutory registers, document management, Viewpoint data entry and workflows, report and invoice preparation, expense processing, and ad hoc projects.

Under the supervision of the Assistant Manager, Operations, the successful candidate will assist in delivering a range of back-office administration and operational support to the Corporate Administration Team based in the BVI.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support duties to the BVI Corporate Administration team as a whole, including but not limited to creating client files, establishing statutory registers, and all other data entry in Viewpoint.
- Maintain and manage accurate corporate records and documentation through the document management system, ensuring they are in line with standard process.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the team.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoice billing, expense reimbursement, and other financial transactions to support the financial management of the team.
- Complete various workflows in Viewpoint as required, and clear any data discrepancies in Viewpoint.
- Undertake ad hoc work assignments and projects as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor Degree from any discipline
- 3-4 years’ relevant experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within the corporate services or financial industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of written and verbal English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). Experience in using Viewpoint would be an advantage
