Support multidisciplinary mineral processing projects: define design requirements and scope, develop plans and specifications, select and procure equipment, perform engineering tasks, apply standard techniques, promote sustainability, and improve engineering standards and processes.

Lead regional HR operations in Germany and Europe: build people foundations, ensure compliance (including GDPR), advise leaders on employee relations, workforce planning, mobility, recruitment, and culture while aligning local practices with global people frameworks.

Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across a region, translating workforce demand into scalable recruitment strategies, partnering with stakeholders, building capability in recruiters, and driving operational excellence through governance, data integrity and continuous improvement.

Manage procurement for project capital equipment and services: prepare tenders, run technical/commercial evaluations, negotiate and administer vendor contracts, expedite deliveries, manage claims, monitor scope changes, produce reports, and build strong supplier relationships to reduce costs and delays.
