We are looking for a Team Leader - Talent Acquisition Delivery to join us. This role is for someone who wants to apply deep expertise across multiple operating companies. Someone who wants to influence outcomes beyond a single project or business. And someone who wants to work with specialists across one of the world's leading construction and infrastructure groups

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across a designated region, ensuring critical hiring needs are met

  • Translate workforce demand and project mobilisation requirements into practical recruitment strategies that deliver quality talent at scale.

  • Partner with project leaders, People & Culture Business Partners and workforce planning teams to provide market insights, hiring advice and delivery solutions.

  • Build capability within a team of Recruitment Advisors and Recruitment Coordinators, driving performance, consistency and accountability.

  • Drive operational excellence through strong governance, data integrity, process discipline and continuous improvement across talent acquisition delivery.

What you will bring

  • Demonstrated experience delivering recruitment outcomes across both white-collar and blue-collar workforce environments.

  • Proven success leading or mentoring recruitment teams within high-volume, project-based or operationally complex environments.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders across multiple business units.

  • Experience using workforce planning insights, recruitment data and labour market intelligence to inform decisions and improve outcomes.

  • A leadership approach grounded in accountability, ownership, integrity and delivery, with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
