Design and implement data integration and data warehouse solutions using big data technologies. Build cost-efficient, performant cloud data pipelines, apply data modeling and machine learning knowledge, and implement real-time streaming and aggregation patterns.

Lead migration from Salesforce to Dynamics 365 and implement D365 modules (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Project Service). Perform requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, data migration strategy and execution, integrations, reporting and security design. Provide business/systems analysis, documentation, training, and liaise with onshore/offshore teams to deliver robust solutions and resolve issues.

Provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices; diagnose and resolve technical issues; apply security patches and antivirus updates; manage backups, digital certificates, IT asset inventory and device procurement; support BCP/DR and testing of new applications; act as single point of contact for day-to-day IT tasks and liaise with development, clients and vendors.

Design and implement ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Python. Build, manage, and optimize Azure SQL, Synapse, Cosmos DB, ADLS and Blob storage. Ensure HA/DR, security (RBAC, encryption, private endpoints), performance tuning, cost optimization, monitoring, and integrate with Oracle/SQL Server and BI/AI workloads to support analytics and ML.

Provide hands-on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud administration and CPQ support: backups, patches, design and configuration, data uploads, deployments, integrations (Outlook, HubSpot), production support, incident management, reporting/dashboards, security (profiles/roles/SSO), user training, and coordination with offshore development teams. Requires Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, and Platform certifications.
