Build Ficus’s core payout infrastructure from the ground up, including beneficiary onboarding, account and payout workflows, internal tools, secure backend systems, and financial integrations. Own architecture and product decisions across frontend, backend, infrastructure, APIs, data models, security, observability, and compliance readiness.
