Dynatect Manufacturing, Inc. | New Berlin, WI | Full-Time

Launch your marketing career with a manufacturer that builds products people rely on.

Dynatect is looking for a recent graduate to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. You'll learn how B2B marketing works, from trade shows and CRM data to email, social media, and the website. You'll work with experienced marketers, and you'll see your work reach customers.

What You'll Do
  • Support trade shows and events. Help plan, set up, and wrap up about 4–5 shows a year. You'll handle registrations, shipping, materials, and post-show lead follow-up.
  • Keep our CRM and campaign data clean. Prepare, import, and quality-check lead data, and make sure leads reach the right sales contacts.
  • Coordinate marketing projects. Track timelines and approvals, and help produce brochures, sell sheets, presentations, signage, and email assets using approved brand templates.
  • Help create and publish content. Draft short-form copy for social media, email, and the website, make routine WordPress updates, and lead our employee newsletter.
  • Manage marketing assets and samples. Keep our asset library organized, fulfill requests for literature and samples, and track inventory.
  • Improve how we work. Document processes, suggest practical improvements, and take ownership of your assignments.
What You Bring
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, event management, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Good organization and follow-through across multiple projects and deadlines

  • Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva
  • Willingness to ask questions, work independently with guidance, and raise issues early
  • A valid driver's license, and the ability to travel for trade shows, including some early mornings, evenings, and schedule adjustments during events
  • The ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally, with team lifting for heavier items
Bonus Points (Not Required)
  • Internships, co-ops, or student organization experience in marketing, events, or project coordination
  • Exposure to CRM or email marketing tools (such as Salesforce), WordPress, or GA4
