Designs, supports, troubleshoots, and modernizes OT and industrial network infrastructure across power-generation facilities. Partners with plant operations, engineering teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver reliable connectivity, resolve complex technical issues, and support infrastructure projects. Contributes to OT cybersecurity through network segmentation, secure remote access, monitoring, and vulnerability management. Maintains standards and documentation while improving reliability, security, and operational performance across critical infrastructure environments.

Lead and execute community engagement plans for wind, solar, and storage projects. Serves as a strategic HR advisor to managers and employees, supporting recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, employee and labor relations, compliance, compensation, and policy administration. Conducts employment verifications, background checks, orientations, exit interviews, and temporary staffing processes. The position is hybrid Monday through Friday, with on-site attendance during probation.

Manages identity and access provisioning and de-provisioning across IAM and ancillary applications. Lead campaign messaging, translate product features into consumer benefits, create headlines and CTAs, optimize platform-specific content, and maintain consistent brand voice. Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product Marketing, Product, and Brand teams while managing multiple projects and refining copy using feedback and performance data.
