We are looking for a motivated, personable Sales & Design Consultant who can build relationships, understand customers’ needs, and turn ideas into sales. From closets and home offices to pantries, garages, and entertainment centers, you’ll create solutions that make everyday life better.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients in their homes and our showroom to understand their needs, style, and budget.
- Measure spaces and develop personalized designs using our design software.
- Present designs and proposals, address questions, and close sales.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain clear next steps.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and relationships with trade partners.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Stay involved from the initial consultation through installation and follow-up.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong sales mindset and the drive to achieve results.
- Excellent listening, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- An eye for design and strong attention to detail.
- Organization and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
- Comfort learning design software and other technology.
- Previous sales experience
