Supports Berklee Global’s daily office operations, program applications, participant payments, database maintenance, reporting, travel coordination, communications, and social media content. The role also assists with email marketing, responds to program inquiries, coordinates student employee tasks, and supports departmental projects and partnerships. Manage Descript and Pro Tools workflows, multi-camera assembly, motion graphics, captions, thumbnails, and publishing. Direct host intros, write and edit scripts, mentor freelance editors and designers, and collaborate with editorial, social, and audience teams. Apply strong news judgment and platform expertise to improve content quality, audience engagement, and performance.

Supports financial advisory operations through office administration, client onboarding, scheduling, meeting coordination, reporting, client communications, facilities requests, supply management, technology liaison duties, and event planning. Develop reliable, scalable, observable systems with safe write-back, enterprise API integrations, cloud infrastructure, agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, and rapid AI-assisted iteration.

Develops practical automation concepts for customer manufacturing challenges, including technical proposals, scopes of work, estimates, presentations, and project documentation. Collaborates with sales, mechanical, electrical, controls, project management, manufacturing, and build teams to validate solutions and support project handoffs. Participates in customer meetings and travels up to 10% for discovery, scoping, and technical discussions. Applies sound engineering judgment, identifies risks, manages multiple opportunities, and mentors less-experienced engineers.
