The role requires enterprise sales or business development expertise, financial acumen, scalable partner-led sales experience, and familiarity with transportation, logistics, or fleet ecosystems.

Leads operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across Client Operations. Responsibilities include optimizing processes, reducing waste, standardizing operations, using data to guide decisions, managing cross-functional projects, mentoring teams, delivering training, and integrating customer and frontline feedback. Collaborate cross-functionally to activate signed partners, generate referred revenue, measure performance, and develop a repeatable industrial partnerships playbook.

Drive expansion across strategic B2B customer accounts by identifying whitespace, building commercial cases, engaging executive stakeholders, and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals. The role owns opportunities from discovery through pricing, procurement, and close; maintains pipeline accuracy and forecasting rigor; and partners with Account Managers and cross-functional teams. Requires quota-carrying sales experience, strategic or enterprise selling expertise, strong executive presence, and regular customer travel.

Own the paid performance marketing portfolio for Engine’s B2B Travel product, including strategy, execution, measurement, and channel expansion across search, social, programmatic, CTV, audio, and emerging platforms. Drive efficient customer acquisition, sign-ups, and first bookings while optimizing ROAS and LTV:CAC. Lead creative testing, attribution and measurement partnerships, performance reporting, lifecycle handoffs, and AI-enabled workflows.

Lead Engine’s accounting function across close, controls, consolidations, reconciliations, reporting, tax, payroll, AR, and multi-entity operations. Modernize the five-day close, expand AI and automation, improve talent density, strengthen technical accounting, and drive cross-functional resolution. Prepare accounting systems and processes for international expansion, increased transaction volume, card receivables, complex revenue streams, intercompany activity, and foreign exchange.
