Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text; qualify leads; schedule and confirm sales appointments; maintain CRM records; support sales goals by contacting internet leads, referrals, and past customers; track lead activity and appointment outcomes; build inventory and promotion knowledge.

Present and sell F&I products, ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation, maintain high customer satisfaction, meet sales and product-penetration targets, and contribute to team performance. Track and report performance metrics and participate in commission/incentive programs.

Sell vehicles by presenting features, finance and purchase options; follow up and maintain customer relationships; track leads in dealership management system; attend product and training courses; stay current on products, features, and accessories.
