We are looking to add an F&I Manager to our growing team! We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to become a part of our customer-focused sales team. We truly are a team, and we are selective as to who we add to that team. Must have experience in the auto industry, knowledge of F&I regulations, and maintain high customer service satisfaction. Qualifications

  • Automotive F&I experience in a Dealership setting Preferred
  • CDK experience a huge plus!
  • Documentation of current and past performance
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years of dealership finance experience is required
  • A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals

Estimated Earning Potential: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off: Individual Product and Reserve Income Bonuses based on: Individual Net PVR, Product Penetration, Manufacturer Approvability
