Lead electrical engineering projects from conception through completion: develop designs and specifications, review systems for code compliance, coordinate with teams and external partners, manage budgets and schedules, mentor junior engineers, perform quality control, and participate in design reviews.

Operate and maintain surveying instruments (Trimble/GPS/robotic total stations), perform and check field survey computations and notes, enforce safety and traffic procedures, plan and execute daily fieldwork, download data, prepare timesheets and reports, communicate with office staff, and supervise projects within authority limits.

Perform administrative support including data entry, document processing, billing, and project coordination. Assist with time-off requests, safety reports, and general office tasks while supporting the project admin team.

Lead mid-to-large projects for design, engineering, fabrication and installation of custom process systems. Manage cross-functional teams, schedules, budgets, vendor/subcontractor quotes, execution plans, and client communication to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Manage contractor agreements and documentation, ensure compliance with company policies, coordinate onboarding and training, track contractor performance, assist with invoicing and payments, facilitate communication with project teams, and help develop contractor management policies and procedures.

Support project managers by coordinating activities, tracking progress, maintaining documentation and budgets, scheduling meetings and travel, performing research, and assisting with risk management to help deliver projects on time.

Design custom industrial machinery: develop mechanical systems, 3D models, detailed drawings, select materials and processes, support prototyping/testing, coordinate suppliers, and collaborate with electrical/controls teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.

Make outbound calls to prospective companies in construction, industrial, and skilled trades to generate sales opportunities, introduce staffing solutions, qualify needs, and hand off warm leads to Account Managers. Use provided call lists and scripts, meet outbound activity and performance metrics, and pursue growth into business development or account management roles.

Manage subcontractor documentation, change orders, insurance compliance, and public works requirements. Maintain logs (subcontracts, change orders, certified payroll, DIR), verify COIs, coordinate certified payroll submissions using LCPtracker/Procore, generate compliance reports, and liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and government agencies.

Lead electrical QA/QC and commissioning activities for data center projects: inspect installations, review FATs, validate testing and system integration, document QA/QC records, manage non-conformances, coordinate with stakeholders, and support handoff to operations.
