The Contracts Administrator I is responsible for end-to-end contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and process optimization, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Lead platform reliability for a high-volume OMS: drive automation, self-healing, observability, incident management, RCA, performance tuning, and mentor support engineers while partnering with engineering and vendors.

Perform financial reporting and data analysis: extract and reconcile data from SAP, maintain SharePoint repositories, support ETL and Power BI reporting, perform month-end reconciliations in Excel, ensure data integrity, and provide timely financial insights to budget owners and leadership.

Onboard sellers onto platform logistics programs, manage ERP/OMS integrations and shipping label setup, resolve logistics exceptions within 24 hours, monitor fulfillment performance, train sellers, document SOPs, and support industry research and special projects.

Manage full-cycle accounting close, record and review journal entries, perform reconciliations and variance analysis, research complex accounting treatments, ensure GAAP/IFRS and SOX compliance, support audits, mentor senior accountants, and implement process improvements.

Provide administrative support to the Power Generation Regulatory Compliance team including file and document maintenance, record retention, expense reporting, scheduling, compiling reports, and resolving discrepancies. Use Microsoft Office, Excel, SharePoint, and SAP to manage records and support regulatory tasks with minimal supervision.
