Drive new commercial business and expand existing accounts across the Altoona and Greensburg territories. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions for China business operations. Build customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Aura, and Flows; integrate Salesforce with SAP and other enterprise systems; troubleshoot production issues; support testing, releases, deployments, documentation, and post-go-live operations. Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, administrators, integration teams, and regional IT teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Supports AI and digital product initiatives across APAC by conducting stakeholder workshops, identifying automation opportunities, documenting requirements, creating user stories, prioritizing backlogs, participating in Agile ceremonies and UAT, defining KPIs, and measuring product adoption. The role partners with product, architecture, and development teams to drive continuous improvement and develop toward Product Owner or Product Manager responsibilities.

Provides front-desk, administrative, office management, travel, event, and technical training coordination support. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, handling communications, maintaining office supplies, coordinating vendors, enforcing visitor security protocols, arranging travel and accommodations, managing expenses, and supporting event schedules. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking ability, English fluency, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Lead electrical architecture and design for air and liquid cooling systems used in data centers. Define schematics, controls, integration, commissioning, drawings, BOMs, panel layouts, testing, and VAVE initiatives. Ensure compliance with UL, CE, CCC, and other safety standards. Resolve factory and field electrical issues, support mass production, provide technical training, maintain engineering documentation, and introduce improved electrical methodologies and components while collaborating with global teams.

Provides on-site HR support for manufacturing employees and managers, including employee relations, performance management, hourly recruitment, employment transactions, HR program implementation, training, policy guidance, compliance, and process improvement. Builds relationships with local leadership and employees while promoting engagement, safety, productivity, company values, and effective employment practices.

Lead HVAC equipment sales and branch growth by managing account strategies, forecasting, pipeline activity, profitability, customer relationships, and sales team development. Build partnerships with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors; expand market penetration; oversee account planning and assignments; resolve customer issues; and improve branch performance through coaching, planning, and collaboration across sales and operations. Frequent travel and onsite work are required.

Supports lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen savings projects, value stream mapping, lean assessments, 5S audits, best-practice standardization, line balancing, time and motion studies, process mapping, and A3 problem solving. The role also coordinates training, monitors improvement results, and generates savings projects while applying Six Sigma, OEE, project management, and environmental management practices.
