Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated IT Business Analyst to support AI and Digital Product initiatives across APAC. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This is an ideal role for candidates with strong business analysis and data skills who want to build a career in AI product management.
Preferred Experience
• 4-6 years IT Business Analysis experience
• 1-3 years exposure to AI, analytics or automation projects
• Experience working with business stakeholders
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodology
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation
• Create user stories and business requirements
• Support backlog prioritization
• Participate in sprint planning and UAT
• Define business KPIs and measure adoption
• Drive continuous product improvement
