What you will do:
1. Adhere to the company's ethical policies, company regulations, policies and procedures, and comply with the quality requirements related to this position.
2. Lead the development of electrical architecture for air/liquid cooling systems (motor, power modules, control logic) and coordinate with PM, product team as RCLP.
3. Define and review schematic design, system integration and commissioning
4. Serve as the key technical authority for electrical design throughout the product lifecycle.
5. Work within a dynamic/global team environment to deliver complex data centre projects (FWU/CDU/DX controls).
6. Define and develop product electrical drawing design, BOM, panel layout, cost analyse and programming testing and VAVE.
7. Ensure product designs meet UL/CE/CCC and other relevant electrical safety standard
8. Develop and maintain engineering documentation: specifications, risk assessments, DFMEA, and technical reports.
9. Responsible for resolving factory build and mass production electrical issues, field commissioning, trouble shooting and sales/service training
10. Identify and drive adoption of new electrical design methodologies, components, and technologies for next generation platforms.
11. Lead VAVE project for cost down and support factory continuous improvement existing product
12. SQ quotation, order handling and other works arranged by leader.
what we want:
1.Degree : Bachelor’s degree or above, in automation and electrical, more than 7 years' experience in HVAC/Data Centre industry, be familiar with application controls.
2.Experience: More than 5 years related working experience and expert in HVAC/R and liquid cooling industry
3.Competency and Skill:
Good in both written and oral English to work with global teams.
Good time management and cross-department collaboration.
Self-motivated and good self-learning abilities.
