What you will do
Office Coordinator is a key role responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring the efficient management of general office operations. The position plays a vital role in optimizing resource utilization and maintaining compliance with established policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
Based in Dubai, the Office Coordinator will oversee a broad range of responsibilities, including general administration, travel management, event planning and coordination, as well as the administration and coordination of technical training activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively support both operational and business objectives.

How you will do it
As an Office Coordinator, your responsibilities will be;
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
Communication:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about the company to clients and visitors.
Office Management Assistance:
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services.
Compliance & Security:
- Ensure adherence to security protocols for visitors and staff.
- Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to management.
Travel and Event planning
- Coordinate travel administration and travel expenses for visitors and internal personnel. Included but not limited to reservations, mode of transportation, travel dates and accommodations.
- Help to prepare event schedules and coordinate with parties as needed.
What we look for
Required:
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or similar background.
- 1-3 years of working experience / Internship experience in Admin / Coordinator related activities.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient in MS office.
