What you will do
The IT Technical Analyst - SFDC Development will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce solutions for China business. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, administrators, integration teams, and regional/global IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality SFDC solutions that support sales, service, pricing, reporting, and digital transformation initiatives.
How you will do it
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and technical standards
Develop Salesforce customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and other Salesforce platform capabilities
Analyze business requirements and provide technical solution options, impact assessments, and development estimates
Work with Salesforce architects and administrators to ensure solution design follows platform best practices, security standards, and governance requirements
Support integration between Salesforce and upstream/downstream systems such as SAP, data platforms, and middleware services
Perform unit testing, support system integration testing, UAT, deployment preparation, release management, and post-go-live support
Troubleshoot Salesforce production issues, identify root causes, and provide timely solutions or workarounds
Prepare technical documentation, deployment notes, knowledge transfer materials, and support guidance for business and IT teams
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related majors is required
A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience, with solid hands-on experience in enterprise-level SFDC implementation or enhancement projects
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce modules
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, batch jobs, and data synchronization is required
Experience in Salesforce release management, deployment tools, sandbox management, change sets, metadata deployment, or DevOps practices is preferred
Ability to independently analyze technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and provide robust and maintainable solutions
Experience working with SAP, pricing systems, reporting platforms, or other enterprise applications is a plus
Good communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to collaborate with business users and IT teams across regions
Strong ownership, problem-solving capability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or Platform App Builder are preferred
Skills Required
