Build and manage a qualified B2B sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, inbound leads, and networking. Conduct discovery calls, develop proposals and pitch materials, present solutions, maintain CRM and revenue forecasts, support negotiations and contract closure, and hand won accounts to client servicing. Build talent pools for recurring agency roles and maintain accurate recruitment trackers and hiring reports while ensuring timely communication and discretion with candidate information.

Own relationships with 8–10 clients, maintain delivery trackers, lead weekly check-ins, identify scope and delivery risks, coordinate cross-functional digital marketing teams, review monthly reports, and serve as the first escalation point for client matters. The role requires managing multiple concurrent accounts, independently presenting performance and status information, maintaining organized workflows, and escalating issues proactively. Education-sector client experience and familiarity with digital marketing SOWs or retainers are preferred.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for multiple accounts. Responsibilities include budget pacing, bidding, targeting, search-term management, conversion tracking, creative testing, landing-page optimization, performance analysis, reporting, account hygiene, and campaign QA.

Support the Founder by managing calendars, priorities, meeting preparation, travel, and external scheduling. Track leadership and client-meeting action items through completion, prepare briefing materials and summaries, and triage requests to appropriate department heads. Handle confidential business and client information with discretion while communicating clearly across departments and producing polished presentations under time pressure.

Leads paid advertising strategy and execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Manages budgets, bidding, testing, optimization, reporting, and KPI improvement to maximize client ROI. Leads and mentors PPC specialists, coordinates with creative and marketing teams, presents insights to clients, manages relationships, and ensures campaign quality and timely delivery. Uses analytics and advertising tools to identify performance opportunities and stays current with platform and AI-driven advertising trends.
