Entry-level role supporting lead generation, customer needs assessment, quoting, proposal/tender responses, and CRM record maintenance to help implement IT infrastructure solutions and drive marketing initiatives.

Evaluate credit applications, monitor credit exposure and payment patterns, support collections, prepare monthly credit reports, maintain credit documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage credit risk and improve cash flow.
