Build and maintain donor and investor relationships, produce compelling proposals and reports, manage the partnership pipeline via CRM/calendar, represent the company at events, and align fundraising with executive priorities.

Develop and manage internal and external communications, including press releases, social and web content, media relations, employee communications, analytics reporting, and crisis messaging to ensure consistent brand and stakeholder engagement.

Provide after-sales and QA support across West Africa by assisting with basic product and electronic component failure assessments, supporting field visits, maintaining troubleshooting records, identifying quality risks, coordinating with service teams, and compiling data for partner claims and mitigation initiatives.

Support daily financial operations by processing payments and invoices, performing bank reconciliations, monitoring receivables, compiling expense reports, assisting monthly reporting and variance analysis, tracking departmental budgets, maintaining tax records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
