IT / Media Personnel Job Summary The IT/Media Personnel (Associate) supports the organization’s technology and digital communication needs by maintaining IT systems, providing technical support, and creating engaging multimedia content. The role offers hands-on experience in IT operations, digital media, and content management while working under the guidance of experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities: Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and update the organization’s website, social media platforms, and digital content. Design graphics, edit photos/videos, and create promotional materials. Assist in maintaining IT equipment and ensuring data security. Support live events with audiovisual and technical setup. Collaborate with teams to develop engaging digital communication and branding materials. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut). Basic knowledge of computer networking and IT systems. Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
