Responsibilities:
- Oversee the supervision, coaching, and performance evaluation of Field Officers to ensure role clarity and successful plan execution.
- Manage the hiring, orientation, and professional growth of interns and volunteers to support regional operational targets.
- Organize regular team coordination sessions, providing technical direction and acting as the main resolver for field-level issues.
- Foster a workplace culture that reflects institutional values and promotes cross-functional collaboration across field sites.
- Create and execute region-specific strategies that satisfy donor mandates and organizational programme standards.
- Direct outreach campaigns, advocacy activities, and awareness drives centered on GBV referral systems and Rainbo Centre services.
- Lead efforts to map communities and schools, establishing or reinforcing local structures and GBV referral networks.
- Assist in launching and managing GBV-focused school and adolescent clubs to enable peer education on early warning signs and support mechanisms.
- Embed safeguarding and prevention protocols into all regional activities while conducting regular site visits to ensure quality.
- Contribute to annual Safeguarding and Prevention work plans, ensuring PSEA and Child Protection standards are integrated into all training.
- Track, report, and verify GBV and safeguarding incidents in partnership with Field Safety Units and Grievance Redressal Mechanisms.
- Distribute resources regarding Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and Sexual Harassment (SH), leading continuous compliance training.
- Guarantee strict adherence to organizational policies, donor regulations, and standard operating procedures across all operations.
- Apply Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) frameworks to ensure accurate data collection and prompt reporting.
- Compile and analyze performance data on daily, weekly, and monthly bases to monitor progress against targets and quality metrics.
- Lead learning sessions to capture best practices and lessons learned, guiding future programme adjustments and proposal strategies.
- Represent the organization at regional and district coordination meetings, nurturing strong ties with local authorities, schools, and community leaders.
- Convene stakeholder meetings to enhance collaboration on GBV prevention, response, and referral pathways.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as hospitals and government agencies, to ensure timely and survivor-centered service delivery.
- Mentor Field Officers in developing activity concepts and budgets, ensuring financial compliance and efficient requisition processing.
- Track regional budget spending, monitor variances, and proactively alert management to potential financial risks.
- Coordinate the logistical and operational support necessary for effective field delivery in line with organizational procedures.
- Manage media and community engagement initiatives regarding GBV awareness and referral pathways, contributing to communication materials.
- Provide narrative and data inputs for donor reports and assist in creating new proposals and budgets as required.
- Submit work plans and periodic reports according to organizational schedules and complete all mandatory role-specific training.
- Adhere to all organizational policies concerning fraud, anti-bribery, codes of conduct, safety, security, and human resources.
