Lead and execute group treasury strategy, oversee cash, liquidity and FX risk management, maintain banking relationships, manage debt and investments, ensure regulatory compliance, implement TMS/ERP solutions, drive process automation, and mentor treasury staff while supporting M&A, funding and cross-functional initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

Provide protocol and executive support to the Executive Chairman by planning and coordinating visits, VIP receptions, meetings, and events; manage logistics, documentation, stakeholder liaison, and post-meeting follow-up to uphold corporate standards.
