Analyzes large datasets to identify trends, develop reports, and deliver actionable business intelligence. The role uses Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform tools to support decision-making, improve shipping and logistics processes, and align solutions with stakeholder needs. Responsibilities include client engagement, project leadership, presenting insights, maintaining stakeholder communication, and supporting staff training and collaboration.

Prepare competitive air, ocean, domestic, and project cargo quotes using Phoenix, TMS, operational systems, and online tools. Calculate freight weights, dimensions, space requirements, container needs, and applicable rates. Review carrier lanes, ports, hubs, tariffs, Incoterms, and vendor proposals. Respond to overseas requests, support RFQs, and maintain regular internal and external customer communication.

Coordinates full-container-load export shipments from booking through cargo arrival. Manages customer inquiries, carrier and warehouse communication, container status, vessel changes, trucking and rail instructions, shipment discrepancies, quotations, trade lanes, and required shipping documentation while ensuring SOPs, workflows, and deadlines are followed.

Develops new business opportunities, expands the client base, achieves sales targets, and drives revenue growth. Builds client relationships, conducts market research, prepares presentations and proposals, negotiates contracts, collaborates on tailored solutions, monitors sales performance, and represents the company at industry and networking events.

Identify and pursue new business leads, prepare proposals and presentations, coordinate client meetings and follow-ups, maintain lead database, support senior staff in client relationship management, and contribute market-research insights and growth ideas.

Supports the employee lifecycle through recruiting, onboarding, orientation, records management, employee inquiries, and offboarding. Maintains confidential personnel files, HR systems, documentation, and compliance records. Assists with employee communications, engagement initiatives, company events, reporting, HR projects, and process improvements. Requires strong communication, organization, discretion, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, initiative, and willingness to learn. Previous HR experience is preferred but not required.

Manage daily LCL export operations for NVOCC: handle customer inquiries, bookings, carrier and warehouse coordination, document compliance, shipment monitoring, and internal coordination to meet SOPs and timelines.

Manage end-to-end HR and administrative functions including payroll, compensation and benefits, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee records, labor law compliance, employee relations and engagement, performance management, training, HRIS maintenance, and office/vendor/event administration to support a productive workplace.

Coordinates export shipments by responding to customer inquiries, preparing bookings and shipping documents, monitoring container and sailing status, and following shipments through cargo arrival. Liaises with carriers, transporters, warehouses, truckers, fumigation providers, shippers, sales, and documentation teams. Ensures SOPs, workflows, procedures, and deadlines are followed while supporting quotations, trade lanes, customer cargo, and discrepancy resolution.

Manage daily LCL export operations, documentation, shipment profitability, KPIs, costs, invoicing instructions, vendors, carriers, forwarders, transporters, and warehouse operators. Ensure compliance with CBP and other government requirements, resolve operational escalations, and maintain customer and partner relationships. Lead hiring, training, motivation, and performance management for the export operations team while driving process improvements and innovation.
