The Senior HR & Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing daily HR and administrative operations, including payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, labor law compliance, employee engagement, and office administration. Key Responsibilities
- Monthly salary process, compensation & benefits, statutory compliance, and annual Personal Income Tax (PIT) finalization for employees
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding/ offboarding.
- Manage employee records, labor contracts, insurance, and HR administration.
- Support employee relations, engagement programs, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR audits.
- Maintain HR systems (Success Factor and Fast HRM), databases, and reports.
- Organize training and development programs.
- Handle office administration, company events, and vendor coordination.

- Rich experience working with and supporting a young workforce (Gen Z/Young Generation employees) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
- Good command of English is preferred.
